I have started to make Facebook cover images that work with the new Facebook Timeline. These images are 850px x 315px. The first three are shown below. The first two were designed for Scouters. The third was designed at the request of a person wanting to express political views. I plan to make several more with Scouting themes and am willing to make custom Facebook Cover Images.

For fun, I developed a couple of virtual framed birthday cards. One version is colorized and the other is more muted.

The full sized image is 1200px x 1024px. If you would like to have one of these made out with the name of a friend, let me know via my contact form under “about” in the menu and we can arrange payment via PayPal. I charge $5.00 per customization and will email the completed jpg or png image to you.

Twitter recently updated its format to feature translucent section backgrounds making an engaging background more important. For two of my sites with related Twitter accounts, I prepared these background images shown as they appear on Twitter.

The U.S. Scouting Service Project launched a program designed to help Scouts be prepared to use the Internet safely, to be aware of dangers, and alert to risks. This Internet Scout Patch program can be found at http://usscouts.org/InternetScoutPatch.asp. Aside from serving as the primary author and editor of the materials for this program, I was also the graphics artist for supporting patch designs, the publication cover image, and an advertising image. The last image below shows the actual patches offered for the program which are fairly true to the design developed in Photoshop.

This graphic was designed as a cover image for a publication of the U.S. Scouting Service Project, Inc. (Update – this image served as a foundation for a later image that was actually used during publication in early 2012.)
